After Samsung's Galaxy Y a biggest hit in the budget phones, it brings up a new model similar to Galaxy Y but priced cheaper than Galaxy Y. According to the rumors Galaxy Pocket will cost between Rs.5k - 6k. I guess this will be the cheapest android phone in the market by Samsung.
There isn't much difference in the phone compared to Galaxy Y. Both as a processor with similar speed. Both got same MP camera i.e. 2 MP. The only difference that I could make out was the Internal memory. Galaxy Pocket comes with 3GB internal memory where as Galaxy Y comes with a small memory package, only 290 MB. I guess android phone with more internal memory will be a good choice as you get to store more applications in the phone memory. And the other difference I could make out was the Screen size. Galaxy Pocket got 2.8 inch screen whereas Galaxy Y got 3.0 inch screen. But this at the price of 5k to 6k. I think Galaxy Pocket wins my heart. If the price is between it then surely I'm gonna have one in my Pocket. ;)
